Requests dispatch > Designer request

Designer request has the following path:

designer:component/<form>/<component id>/designer

It may have additional element for requesting only part of designer code. F.e. table designer may request columns tab content when SQL is changed and there may be new columns.

Additional element should contain unique id of element inside designer.
