Multiline headers are specified using | as caption parts separator.

If several fields starts with one text before the separator, this text is used as a common header for those fields. For example

  <FIELD name="STATE" caption="Address|State"/>

  <FIELD name="CITY" caption="Address|City"/>

  <FIELD name="ADDR1" caption="Address|Street />
